1. Custom Product Disclaimer

All products sold on StickerPrinting.co.za are custom-made according to customer specifications.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), Section 20, custom-made goods:

• Are not eligible for refunds or returns unless defective or incorrectly produced.

2. Defective or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an order that is:

• Defective
• Incorrectly printed
• Short delivered beyond acceptable industry tolerance

You must notify us within 14 days of delivery.

We may request:

• Clear photographs of the defect
• Return of defective items (at our discretion)

3. Reprints

• Approved defects will be corrected via a reprint, not a cash refund.
• Determination of a defect is at our sole discretion.
• Colour variations, trimming tolerances, and minor alignment deviations are not considered defects.

4. Refund Method

• Where a refund is approved:
  • It will usually be issued as store credit
  • Cash refunds may take up to 14 business days
  • An administration fee may apply
• No refunds will be processed once an order is in production or completed.
