1. Production & Dispatch

• All sticker products are custom-made and only enter production once full payment has been received and artwork is approved.
• Production times vary depending on product type, quantity, and finishing.
• Production timelines exclude weekends and public holidays.

2. Delivery Timeframes

• Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on:
  • Production completion
  • Courier service performance
  • Delivery location
• Outlying or rural areas may require additional delivery time.

3. Delivery Address Accuracy

• Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery address provided is accurate and complete.
• If a parcel is delayed or returned due to incorrect address details:
  • The customer will be liable for re-delivery costs
  • Original delivery timeframes will no longer apply

4. Risk & Ownership

• Risk passes to the customer once delivery has been completed.
• Ownership remains with StickerPrinting.co.za until full payment has been received.

5. Delays Beyond Our Control

We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Courier delays
• Load shedding
• Extreme weather
• Labour strikes
• Government restrictions
• Internet or power outages

6. Lost Parcels

• If a parcel is delayed or lost, the courier must be given reasonable time to investigate.
• Replacement or reprint decisions will be made at our discretion once courier investigation is complete.
